![]() ![]() Day 4-6, I had mild persistent headache (especially when bending down). Then I had pain on the injection site for 2 days. After the vaccination with Pfizer, I felt itchiness everywhere within the first 40 minutes but it's gone within 2 hours. Hi, I'm 49 female and have almost the same symptom as you mentioned. I am 51 years old and I have never had any health problems, I exercise 4 times a week, for the first time in my life I have such symptoms and I am scared, does anyone have a similar experience? How long can this situation last? Do I need to tell my doctor anything? 8 ( here, here ).After the second Pfizer vaccine, a week later, I started having episodes of vertigo, numbness in the hands, neck and head, indigestion, the feeling is very bad, my doctor examined me and all the tests went well. The advice comes after two reports of anaphylaxis and one report of a possible allergic reaction since the vaccine was rolled out on Dec. ![]() ALLERGIC REACTIONSīritain’s medicine regulator, The Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), has said that anyone with a history of anaphylaxis in reaction to a medicine or food, or with a history of significant allergies should not have the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. ![]() The FDA said it would, however, recommend “surveillance” for cases of Bell’s Palsy as the vaccine is sent out to larger groups of people. The briefing says that the frequency of Bell’s Palsy in the vaccine group is “consistent with the expected background rate in the general population”, adding there is “no clear basis upon which to conclude a causal relationship at this time”. Bell’s Palsy is a sudden weakness or freezing of muscles on one side of the face, which in most cases is temporary ( here, here ). The FDA briefing documents also show that it is true that there were four cases of Bell’s Palsy among those who received the vaccine ( here). Pfizer documents show that the placebo ( here) is a normal saline, specifically a 0.9% sodium chloride solution for injection, which means it is simply a mixture of salt and water. The social media post claims that Pfizer used a “deadly placebo” in order to manipulate data. They explain: “All deaths represent events that occur in the general population of the age groups where they occurred, at a similar rate.” The FDA briefings clarify that the deaths were not deemed to be related to the vaccine: “None of these deaths were assessed by the investigator as related to study intervention”. One of the placebo recipients died from myocardial infarction, another from haemorrhagic stroke and two others from unknown causes. The other died from arteriosclerosis three days after a first dose of the vaccination. One of the vaccine recipients had a cardiac arrest 62 days after a second dose of the two-dose vaccination and died three days later. Six participants did die during the 44,000 person Pfizer vaccine trial, two of whom were given the vaccine while the other four people received a placebo ( here).ĭetails of the deaths are laid out in FDA briefing documents ( here and here ), ahead of a Thursday meeting of outside experts to the FDA who will discuss whether to recommend the Pfizer shot for people aged 16 and older. Reuters has recently debunked other claims about the first person to receive the vaccine in the UK ( here) and the vaccine itself ( here, here, here ). At the time of writing discussions were underway at the U.S Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about whether to approve the vaccine in the United States, after FDA staff said in briefing documents that the vaccine’s efficacy and safety data met its expectations for emergency use authorization ( here). Vaccinations with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine have begun in the UK and the vaccine has been also authorized for use in Bahrain and Canada ( here). ![]() The post ( here) says, “Six people died in Pfizer’s late-stage trial of the COVID-19 #vaccine (4 of the 6 died from the placebo injection, why would #Pfizer have to use a deadly #placebo, short of manipulating data Warning over UK vaccine rollout as two NHS staff given jab suffer ‘anaphylactic reaction’: Regulators urge people with history of ‘significant’ allergies NOT to have Pfizer injection Also four people in the United States, who got COVID-19 vaccine shot developed by Pfizer/BioNTech, developed Bell’s Palsy Update – Now the first woman to receive covid-19 vaccine in the UK is in critical condition.” FILE PHOTO: A woman holds a small bottle labeled with a "Coronavirus COVID-19 Vaccine" sticker and a medical syringe in front of displayed Pfizer logo in this illustration taken, October 30, 2020. ![]()
